In this project we were challenged by space. Although the kitchen is 11 m2, its L-shape and an already established kitchen, made our working space during the excavation and construction of the Spiral Cellar, quite limited.

We ended up removing a piece of wall at a corner. After fitting the cellar, we rebuilt the piece of wall, renewed wallpaper and paint and it was as good as new.

The floor covering was also temporarily removed and put back after the concrete around the basement had dried properly.

With its depth of 3.0 m, the cellar has provided the kitchen with no less than 66 extra shelves!
